Carrie Lam DIDN’T withdraw the bill OFFICIALLY !! Is a lie. In her cantonese version, she said the bill will be “withdraw by motion” in the Legislative Council. it means the withdrawal propose can still be rejected.

Calm down a moment. Who would want to reject it? And what would they gain by doing so? What would be the consequence of it? It's pretty safe to say, the bill is dead.
