It is not rejected asylum seekers, but what is called tolerated asylum seekers. They need to have a felony conviction, have been involved in war crimes or seen as a threat to the state security to get that status.

It is around 80 people that have the status of tolerated asylum seekers, it is different from rejected asylum seeker.
