The South Carolina Highway Patrol needs your help. We are attempting to locate a vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit & run collision on Monday, January 9, 2023 at approximately 6:16 pm on E. Ashby Road near N. Irby Street in Florence County, South Carolina.
