Never had problems a month ago but now I realise how bad it is. Hard to schedule videos 48 hours in advance to make sure appeal etc went through. Not a solution for most highlights

Why did they demonitize ?

No reason given. Every video I uploaded past month after 10-30 hours get demonetized then I appeal and gets monetized again later

do they retro the monitization after demonitization?

They do reenable it, every appeal has been successful. The first few days are really important for views though. Depending on how fast demonetization happens u miss 25% revenue average. This video got demonetized very fast, I think I miss around 60% (normally $25 at this point)
