I agree. I think the punishment of missing out on all the huge money tournaments (WESG, IEM, Blizzcon) for the past 3/4 yrs and the future is enough. Feels like he gambled on sc2 dying and lost out big time.
As much as it's a little inappropriate, if he would be unbanned his return to GSL would bring such a huge viewercount and promotion to the game again

I think that if the reason to bring Life back is a utilitarian one in favour of views, there's also a huge chance that remaining Korean fans would feel alienated by the pro who largely brought pro Korean SC2 to its knees. Not to mention potential sponsors 1/
