I've been carnivore for 9 months and love it! I plan on continuing with it. I believe people could get a great benefit by cycling a few months of full carnivore throughout their yearly training programs.

I don't see enough evidence that giving up plants and eating just red meat is healthy. Prefer evidence. Polyphenols, microbial accessible carbs and all that. Varied protein sources including seafood, eggs etc, not just red meat (high iron etc could be a health prob)

Evidence comes from human history. None of our ancestors were eating plants during the dead of winter. They were eating meat until the seasons changed. We should try to eat this way. Eating fruits and vegetables year round because they are available is not normal.

It's just common sense. Fruits and vegetables are healthy when eaten in moderation. We eat too much of them because they're available from everywhere in the world year round. Is there a study that says fruits and vegetables are essential for humans to live? Meat is essential.
