I had hesitation but I’ve been following people on the

There are loads of anecdotes out there detailing people who have solved autoimmune conditions with a meat based diet.

I love people saying “eat more meat”. No. Eat only meat (and animal products). That’s it....and it’s remarkable. My husband has lost 140lbs in less than a year. He’s healthy than he’s been in 20 years. This diet saved his life.

Why? Gout has been put into remission on carnivore. Oxalates can aggrivate gout as well & removal of plant foods helps it. If your doc told you meat causes gout, they are old school misinformed.
