    I’ll answer that (page co-manager here): YES! It makes our day to hear good news from former students (and often just to hear from them in general). Students often can point to profs who impacted them while underestimating the impact they’ve had on their profs.

    Awww. A baby huntsman spider in the hallway of the UNSW Chancellery with me (keys for size comparison) "Isn't it beautiful?" said a passerby. They're harmless. Fast as lightning, but harmless.

    Great advice here. Most of all: Be prepared to talk about several research ideas and how these fit in with the general orientation/interests of the lab/P.I. Ask everyone— students/faculty about their research and really listen and engage with their ideas. READ ARTICLES in prep.
