I agree & believe that most of those populations would welcome convenient & affordable vaccines if they were accessible. My recent Guatemala mission showed me how desperately needy parents are for any healthcare they can obtain.

This was my experience with Dominicans and Haitians as well. People with next to nothing appreciate whatever they can get, and will take an outstretched hand with gratitude.

I don't know where I got this data, so I can't back it up, but at one point I recall a study showing that vaccine hesitancy was most prevalent in religious groups and affluent white people. Poor people tended to listen to their doctors, though yeah, they can't always afford to go

In fact the opposite is the case certainly in the First World where vaccine hesitancy heavily correlates with both higher income and higher levels of education whereas the po' lumpen sheeple they just be linin' up fo dem fine jabs.

I would be curious to see the data you’re citing here. I don’t know about outside of the US, but within the US, I don’t know of data supporting access/poverty being primary drivers in this area, fortunately...
