I'm confused tbh. Why should we try so hard to get DC to look at crypto ?

In order to achieve the best outcome for the market, we need to have our finger on the pulse of Capitol Hill.

This is what allows long term main stream adoption. It's the same rationale for fdic and the likes. We are currently in the wild west, but it will be tamed, and the wild west will evolve with those integrations.

Yeah, but atm it feels like we are going go their table to ask if we can play with them.
Probably a very naive take, but IMO we have the tech + enough people rn to build our own table and set up our own rules.
The inevitable talks with them could held at our table
