ok -- to ppl wondering why i say FTX and Ascendex are "American" -- it depends how you define a company's "nationality": - is it where the entity is created? - is it who most owners are? - is it who operates it? maybe not helpful but i would argue its more than just entity

you did a poor job of covering the facts of the incident it was not simply a code exploit on-chain this required manipulation of American centralised exchange markets where MNGO was trading, in order to cause oracle to move on-chain to do exploit on Mango
