How bout we regulate what 99.999% of people want and need? Regulate safe stablecoins FDIC insured, have a spot BTC ETF already. 99% of people happy. Only 1% care about the 20,000 random shit coins or if they are regulated. And don't spy or regulate individual's wallets. Simple.
