Does the customer fully understand the product and its risks? Are they making an informed decision?
If you’re going to gate products on regulated exchanges, do it on understanding, not wealth.

1) The law in the US is that when you're 18 you are allowed to purchase cigarettes and lottery tix at the store. The "understanding" that they cause harm is on the label. Put a "label" on FTX EXCHANGE to warn people of risks. It is not your place to educate, you're the store.
