100% advocating for crypto and defi it would be dumb, otherwise, for me to support a bill that regulated *my* business--increasing costs/etc.--while respecting DeFi (which is what I think/hope Stabenow-Boozman will do!). I'd love to hear your concrete proposals/disagreements!

Your taint on this industry will be a hard one to wash off. Your business does not rely on *decentralised* crypto succeeding in the long run and your actions reflect that quite clearly.

You’re doing a great disservice to a decentralised future and a great disservice to the US if this bill passes If you’re in any way serious about caring about crypto and decentralisation, how about starting with removing your proposal to freeze assets on chain at the base layer.

I definitely do not want to freeze assets at the base layer! Please actually read proposal: "Validators themselves purely have the goal of confirming that proposed blocks are in accordance with the rules of the blockchain, not separately parsing and policing regulatory content"

Also, weren’t you looking for avenues into facilitating TradFi stocks / options trading on FTX? I agree it 100% does depend on it *now* The passing of this bill won’t immediately kill crypto
