Lmao good call. Sadly he wont address the fact that governments regularly move the ball on "sanctions" and many times use sanctions to silence disentors against their totalitarion behaviors. Its the antithesis of crypto.

Any protocol or platform that can implement sanctions is not decentralized, and the government exercise of power over it won't stop with sanctions. The appropriate response to authoritarianism is to make its ambitions impossible by design and retaliation too expensive to exercise
