network has gone from ~5% to 17.5% Why do we care? Because FTX (probably) pays more in transaction fees than any other single entity in the world. So? We pay for all withdrawals and this saved us $135k in 30 days

Both your collateral mgmt system AND your f*cking free withdrawal fees should be MUCH more highlighted imo. I mean, ffs, you can trade linear perps with btc or eth or whatever you want as collat & use FTX as the free central node of all your cross-exchanges/chains transfers!

Yup exactly as Sam mentioned in the podcast with Tristan pls prioritize the core product which is the functionality of the exchange. Any downtime in this day and age is not a good look at all
