Moving to a more responsible workforce might be a *reflection* of bad things, but it's generally itself a *good* thing. I'm confused by market reactions to it.

I hear so many stories people get paid 100k+ work from home max 20 hours a week and slacking while no on cares. This is defo a good thing.

Nothing better than a small, focused and happy workforce. The grow/hire at all costs mentality is nonsense that’s not sustainable in all market cycles.

Yes, a lot of people over-index for optimism, and one manifestation of this is in over-hiring.
