"I don't like X, so everything X does is wrong" --> "let's vilify the most virtuous things about X as a litmus test for purity" A slippery slope from partisanship to truth-denying. I disagree with much of COVID response--but Warp Speed was great. Let's do *more* of that.

PETA has a habit of using the shock factor (as opposed to good old reason) to grab an audience’s attention, which I think is over-the-top to existing members, and off-putting to prospectives.
