Frontrunning might be speculation, but there's no doubt about the lag/latency.
When i market order on ftx, I have enough time to brew some tea, take the dog for a walk, buy some groceries, and then my order gets filled.

do a hard refresh (cntrl+shift+r/cmnd+shift+r) and seee if you get updates on orders/fills any quicker
