I don't want to question the nature of my reality every time I send a market order.
Would appreciate substantially reduced lag across the board; order management, position updates, charts, etc.

What about colocating to the FTX server room and always being the first in the queue?
An exchange should be optimising for the lowest common denominator; the avg degen who will be using the website.

yeah so I think what's likely happening is not lag between UI server and matching engine or anything--I think it's literal lag in the browser loading the website/rendering things/etc.
So the lag on the mobile app is... lag due to my device and not the FTX app?

I don’t see lag on the app? Website might be something as simple as the TCIP allocations

Solution to this could be dedicated desktop software?
Never had issues with ThinkOrSwim for stocks (before they got bought out and became horrible)

Then offer a desktop app built in chromium. Easy win
A good next step should be for the CEO to have visibility on this via monitoring, KPIs, soak/load/break tests across various locations and client’s types/config. Surprising if not the case already.
Desktop version. By now should be an option by default.

Something wrong with the site. Works faster when we enable hide 0 balances. But still not super smooth post that.
