Time and time again, growing from 200 employees to 2,000 doesn’t seem to 10x your productivity as a company. In fact, sometimes it doesn’t even 1x your productivity.

I scaled a team from 30 to 220 requested, 158 active in a month. I appreciate your commentary on what it takes to grow sustainably. Speed can be key at moments, but care is required to not sacrifice quality and culture. Very few can play at a Grandmaster level at hyperspeed.
