All this is, is a tax and spend bill. It does nothing. More burden on the California citizen and handing out government money “grants” for “research” to preferred recipients.

It was an overreaction by government and media, that is why it was so bad.
The problem is masks don’t work the virus is aerosolized and masks doesn’t filter it plus side vent and your eyes are exposed.
