3) We're opening stock trading with no Payment for Orderflow and no fees. So what do we make from it? Nothing. And that's ok. Our goal is just to give customers a great experience.

I asked @Brett_FTXUS the same thing. Buy why the decision to forgo payment for order-flow? Surely you'd have to think your clients would get better execution through a market-maker (given their flagged as retail), vs going directly to market.
