this might not be what it looks like. what if 'individuals' in 2018 incorporated an LLC in 2020 and so in 2021 are doing their trading through that entity?

And retail is much more then a few LLC. I mean they might be 100 new LLC that are trading which were retail traders. But what about millions of retails gone? Feel me? Anyway , you get the point. I know you done that, but not all will do the same. People like me hate papers.

Extremely unlikely. People are having trouble setting up a MetaMask wallet, let alone registering an LLC so they can trade.

Very true however this is for a certain type of investor. People actively do this with property. High volume traders, like hedge funds, family offices, ect- are the one most likely to take this route
