Sam please take the time to work your support, I'm waiting for a response on the ticket for more than 4 days, they tell me to wait up to 2 weeks, 2022, I have to wait 2 weeks for a reply message, it's very frustrating

not too sure if you have credit lines for your bigger players, if you dont, you dont have to close ur exchange in times of volatility
