3) My first, and biggest, piece of advice: don’t lose that. If you run into people asking you to chill out or prioritize work life balance, or who say you’ll stress out your employees by setting an unreasonable standard, or that they’re worried that maybe it might not work out:

4) Ignore them. Maybe they’re right, and maybe they’re not (probably they’re not); but either way, this is how great things are built. And usually, they forget that what matters is upside, and that you see that upside and they don’t.
