BTW if you're trying to reset your FTX App password and clicking the email isn't working, probably your mobile email app is using some weird in-app browser that circumvents the check.
Try copy-pasting the link into your phone's default browser.

Sam…we are trying to get our previous blockfolio balances back. Nothing to do with ftx…just the portfolio’s we used to track using blockfolio. No emails were used…it was via USERNAME only…can you acknowledge the issue…currently can only login with email…
