BTW if you're trying to reset your FTX App password and clicking the email isn't working, probably your mobile email app is using some weird in-app browser that circumvents the check.
Try copy-pasting the link into your phone's default browser.

Maybe FTX should consider adopting a more reliable email/SMS/in app verification or notification service provider like Twilio! Happy to share more info.
