I think maybe you missed a step in testing where the user does a forgot password reset.
The 2nd time I tried on mobile and that worked. Desktop showed me the error I posted above 👆🏼

What, if you did Not have any login?? My App is showing a brand new portfolio. My own portfolio (+70 coins) is gone! How do I get it back?

Still having issues resetting password. Been trying for hours!!!

I only had a username and password. because entering mail gave an error. now lost everything i have had that app for years.
