In my case I’m using GA 2FA. And even if I copied the code from GA in advance, once I inputted it, the dialog box will inevitably pop up again and we have to start the process all over again.

ok guys might have found it -- try not alt-tabbing during the process (so copy the GA code at the beginning); see if that works

Nope. Tried that before (and just now as well) but this screen pops up right after i paste the code (not giving me time to even click continue).
