Heya so, this still is a thing, it seems not only does support now outright ignore my emails, they actually moved on to directly close my tickets. Not being able to access your funds with no explanation/reason, just some 4 word error message doesn't really inspire much trust.

It's been now well over a month, the only kind of FTX comment I received (after a cool 30d of the original ticket) was a complaint that I created to many tickets, literally nothing else. (I'm wrong here, the original issue/ticket is end of July, not August 20th - would be 8/20)

So I receive an email, my support ticket is updated - respond through the tool. Actually the ticket in which I ask to have my account closed and funds sent to my wallet is just closed without comment. I can't get my funds. Not even when closing the account?
