Bc @SenatorHagerty has objected, the Senate is debating for the full 30 hrs. This will end around 7pm Sun. This may be useful today re: the US vote. It's a paper detailing novel consensus using variants of POW & POS. Not final draft yet but I've worked feverishly on relevant sections to highlight the issue of excluding only POW in the bill. Would it capture this or not? Very grey!
