What are some irl examples of a VC “fighting for you”? Why is it better to have 1 VC “fighting for you” rather than focusing on a large community that could “fight for you”? The most successful projects in the space have large communities that “fight for them.”

4) Why might it be good? Because some VCs are really connected and influential and knowledgeable and smart. Some VCs will fucking fight for you. The second are the ones you want; if they're also in the first group, even better.

Makes sense - just wondering what that "fight" from a VC looks like in action. That makes it worth the risks that we've seen with PR like on this sushi proposal, others. I'm sure it exists but I feel like we often just hear these kinda generalized terms "fight for you", etc

100% agree and lots of VCs say this and don't really mean anything I think a lot of this is giving intros, giving advice if necessary or requested, helping accomplish specific tasks you have using their resources, etc.
