A few other thoughts: 1) this isn't always bad. If employees want to move on, they should. Ghosts aren't helpful. 2) think hard about whether you want to be remote. It gives flexibility, but makes communication way shittier. 3) don't hire for hiring's sake.

100%. I love the concept of hiring the right people, not the right roles. And too many people like employee count vanity metrics. But attrition seems to be reaching critical mass for some companies right now. What’s worked best for ?
