2) ok so we're currently trying to pay a company money like, we want to use their service. they charge for it, and we're happy to pay.

3) The problem is, they don't really seem to want to let us. We said "hey we're ready to pay now can we have access to your API?" They said "no sorry first let's have a phone call". so we had a phone call, and they walked us through the product (unnecessarily).

4) So, again, we were like "hey can we pay you money now, we want to use your product". "No", they replied. "It's time for a second phone call." Another employee gets on this time, and..... walks us through the same demo.

6) Anyway, some businesses seemed designed to do, you know, business and stuff. Others seemed designed to ward off any potential value creation, for themselves or their partners. Anyway we'll see if Call Number 3 successfully gets lets us pay them money for their product!

They have a CRM process in place and they need to put detailed notes for every interaction with the client so that they have metrics 🤣🤣🤣 I left sales once they started with the process/CRM nonsense 😎 Good sales people break rules, they don’t follow
