what does that mean? all the orders submitted to the orderbook go through the orderbook normally and if they trade they print against other orders on the orderbook and create public trades

how do you define market maker? someone who qualifies here: help.ftx.com/hc/en-us/artic? There are a lot of definitional issues; crypto has lots of accounts that are semi-institutional.
