ok so how come people don't even rejection sample their advertisements?
like seriously half these commercials are just obviously not impactful; 0% of people you ask will tell you it's good.

This is one of those things that I always think about and wonder why there’s no innovation in ads. Probably so much profit there’s no need to innovate

You could get so much better user interaction and data with ads if they just made them less intrusive and actually relevant. Like if an add said “watch this for 3 seconds and I’ll pay you 1000 sats” I’d say yes.

Most marketing firms and internet savvy companies will a/b test advertising creatives and targeting strategies.
The good ones anyway, you'd have to be quite naive not to.
