Maybe I’m missing something but I keep hearing about all these ETH billionaires. On a pure ETH basis you need ~250k. There are less than 20 EOAs with that much. Ok so splitting wallets, but are you really going to have 10 addresses with ~25k? Sitting on exchanges? Surely not.

also -- is that counting addresses with ETH in yield farms?
I mean the cumulative eth on exchanges is enough to maybe support like 5-10 if most of the eth was theirs. Not sure there’s enough tbh.
