I literally got liquidated on two very well done scalps because in the span of 15 minutes the site lost practically all functionality, sure I could have used a stop, but I had conviction I wasn’t expecting all of the bids to vanish because of a site malfunction...

All of my LINK longs got absolutely fucked because of this... are you going to do anything for customers who blatantly got shafted because of this? Spot price was almost 2% higher than futures when I got liquidated because the market was so inefficient due to the malfunction
