I don't know about readjusting prices every .01% but I generally play around with 5 to 20 minute time frames to cancel and readjust. That has not historically hit rate limits, but I haven't tried ftx. My 2 cent's is that those bursts are important,. nonstop update are bad tho

ya that's prob fine -- it's the cancel/replace 2x per second that really kills people
