"USD, USDC, TUSD, PAX, BUSD, and HUSD all count as "USD Stablecoin" balances. Depositing any of those to your FTX wallet will credit you 1:1 with USD Stablecoins" Since FTX wallet 'credits' it, is there an actual transaction - meaning taxable event? or you put 500 USDC = 500 USD

no transaction -- they're just all one single ticker ('USD Stablecoins') on FTX, interchangably USD/USDC/etc.
