Starting tomorrow, the 3bp floor on FTX fees-referrals will be applied _before_ FTT discounts. So if you refer someone who has (4bp - FTT discount = 3.2bp) taker fees, you'll get 1bp ref fees instead of 0.2bps.

1) A few notes about referrals: For a while there's been something annoying about FTX referral accounting. All of the ref fees are paid out, but it often takes a day to do so. That means that they will sometimes show up in the next day's bucket.

edit -- this was slightly wrong -- it's actually 1bp*(3.2bps/4bps) = 0.8bps ref fee, which is the same as: [4bps - FTT discount = 3.2bps] - [3bps - FTT discount = 2.4bps]
