Signed up and got approved, but adding to Apple wallet failed. This is after submitting PAN and CVV and accepting the LendFi T&Cs.

Tried to confirm with a $10 GC purchase on Amazon. Initially seemed to work, but afterward was notified that payment revision was needed. Re-selecting the card doesn’t seem to re-attempt the transaction.
