3) One of the most frustrating things about crypto is how it *doesn't* interface with the rest of the world. You can easily move USDC, BTC, etc. between exchanges and DeFi and your wallets. And you can easily trade crypto <> crypto. But then you want to buy a loaf of bread.

4) And there's no BREAD/BTC pair. Or maybe there is, but it's unfortunately a foodcoin, not actual food. So you're stuck using the old system. And even worse you have to get money back into it. BTC --> USDT --> USD --> wire out --> wait a day --> payment processor.

5) So you have to keep some money in crypto, and some money in a bank. And neither is fully effective. And if you misallocate, it takes a day and fees to fix.

6) And you have to learn and maintain both systems. Eventually, hopefully, businesses will take crypto. But for now they want $. And you're hungry, and that loaf of bread is looking mighty tasty.
