Trying to get started on understanding / use serum and Solana. Any advice on wallets/documentation to get started? I use a ledger and all the websites I visited tried to get me to create a web generated wallet which I’m not super comfortable with

i feel like i must be missing something ... i go to sollet.io and it just auto creates a new wallet for me. i try to restore wallet but it just asks me to input seed word. i don't see any directions or documentation

When I connect my hardware wallet to using sollet.io, does it generate a new wallet address every time? if exit the session and then reconnect the ledger, it's showing a diff address
