agreed, we've though about charging like $0.001 per order sent or maybe canceled.

Capacity is a scarce resource that has a cost to the system.
It seems reasonable that the cost is reflected to the users to promote fairness in the overall system.
has providing liquidity on Serum (with actual order action costs) made Alameda bots more parsimonious about requoting rates? maybe more for
