Sam says he's working on PayPal withdrawals. I could be wrong, but my guess is that he brings up PayPal withdrawals because he's *not* working on it. And that's a lot better than mentioning he's building a decentralized PayPal competitor. (Not a knock on PayPal, Sam just builds)
