Today informed me, by email at 1 pm (GMT) that it will be charging fees on ERC-20, starting off 12 pm SGT (4 am GMT) 26 th then 25th. Well, I was informed 9 hours after the implementation of the fees! Nicely done !

There is no justification to be warned of the fees after they were implemented!

FTX will always do what it can to let you withdraw.
So far we've even made them *free*, paying > $20m in gas.
But ETH fees are getting unreasonable.
So:
a) non-ERC20 withdrawals are free
b) ERC20s are free if you stake >= 150 FTT
c) otherwise you'll pay blockchain fees
Since when users have 2 have twitter account when registering ? I've entered both email & cell phone number. Pretty standard & widely accepted systems to broadcast such significant changes. Not tweets! Even ur official PT-BR informed changes only on 26th!
