. Please fix exchange freezing issues during critical times. Community gets rekt, misses on profits. We can't blame AWS all the time. We are small compared to Stocks Exchanges & still they manage all the orders without issues.

Thanks Sam, however there was a high volatility period ystrday where no one was able to do anything. Most people either got liquidated or not able to book profit. What can be done for those cases. Any email address? Seems like Binance alrdy issued communication along those lines.
