We've fixed all the known bottlenecks; medium-term we'll still have more improvements rolling out but should be stable even during large moves.

Stable but some market orders were not filling today for me. And yesterday it went down fully on UI. Still better than almost everything else but Bitfinex

BTC/USD market buy wasn't working for me at all when we went to ~$46k. The only thing that ended up working was the convert feature

Weird -- let me take a look at that, don't know what would have caused that. Were you getting errors, or was the GUI lagging? (assuming this wasn't via API?)

No errors weirdly enough but no position popped up until I used the convert feature. On Web UI and tried mobile as well

Regardless don't take this as criticism. FTX still performed very well considering what was happening. Just wanted to flag

nah worth noting, seems like price bands are prob too tight in some cases
